Welcome to Cineworm. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Cineworm’s website, streaming service, creator tools, Reel2Reel editor, promotion services, messaging tools, live broadcasts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cineworm.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Cineworm. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information.
Keeping your password and account secure.
All activity carried out through your account.
Promptly telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms, the law, or the safety of the platform has been breached.
Cineworm may offer Free, Standard, Pro, and other subscription plans. Features, prices, billing periods, device limits, and availability are shown at the point of purchase and may change from time to time.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date, where applicable. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
Before you complete a paid order, Cineworm will show the applicable price, billing frequency, and any other relevant charges. By selecting a paid plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge your chosen payment method.
Your cancellation and refund rights may depend on your location and the type of service purchased.
Where legally required, we will provide clear information about cancellation rights before purchase. If you ask for immediate access to streaming, digital tools, or other digital content, you may be asked to give express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that this can affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Cineworm allows users to upload or submit films, videos, subtitles, posters, descriptions, credits, links, and related materials (“Creator Content”).
You retain ownership of your Creator Content. However, by submitting it to Cineworm, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, promote, and make the Creator Content available through the Services for as long as it remains on Cineworm.
You confirm that:
You own the Creator Content or have all necessary rights, permissions, licences, and consents to submit it.
Your content does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Any performers, contributors, rights holders, and music licensors have given the permissions required for your intended use.
Any information you provide about ownership, credits, ratings, funding, or links is accurate.
Film uploads, job posts, and news ticker submissions may be reviewed before publication. Cineworm may refuse, remove, restrict, or edit content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, uphold platform standards, or operate the Services.
You must not use Cineworm to upload, create, publish, promote, or share content that:
Is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or otherwise seriously offensive.
Contains child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
Infringes intellectual-property rights or misuses another person’s name, image, identity, or private information.
Includes malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive links.
Misrepresents a job, business, offer, campaign, news item, product, or service.
Interferes with the security, operation, or availability of Cineworm.
You must not harass users, use automated means to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass access controls, subscriptions, device limits, or moderation measures.
Reel2Reel provides browser-based editing tools, including drag-and-drop media, VFX, graphics, effects, transitions, filters, templates, audio, music, sound effects, captions, voiceovers, and related features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to every item you import, upload, export, publish, or share through Reel2Reel.
Royalty-free music, sound effects, templates, VFX, and other assets may be subject to separate asset licences or restrictions. “Royalty-free” does not mean unrestricted. You must follow any usage, attribution, commercial-use, redistribution, or platform restrictions that apply to an asset.
We do not guarantee that projects, drafts, exports, or imported media will always be available, preserved, compatible, or error-free. You should keep your own backups of important projects and source files.
Cineworm may provide contact lists, CSV imports, campaign creation, email scheduling, personalisation, and delivery tools.
You may use these tools only for recipients who have given any consent required by applicable law. You must not send spam, deceptive marketing, phishing, unlawful content, or messages that violate data-protection or marketing laws.
You are responsible for:
The lawfulness and accuracy of your contact data.
Obtaining and retaining valid consent where required.
Providing a valid sender identity and reply contact.
Honouring unsubscribe, opt-out, and deletion requests promptly.
Ensuring your campaign content is truthful and compliant with applicable law.
We may suspend campaigns or restrict access where we reasonably believe a campaign is abusive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful to Cineworm’s deliverability or reputation.
Cineworm may enable you to connect your own WhatsApp account and send messages through it.
You must comply with WhatsApp’s applicable terms, policies, and messaging rules, as well as all laws that apply to your messages and recipient data. You must only message people who have lawfully agreed to receive the messages, where consent is required.
You must not use Cineworm’s WhatsApp tools for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, scams, impersonation, or prohibited marketing. Delivery settings, delay controls, batches, and daily limits are safeguards, not permission to send unlawful or unwanted messages.
Cineworm may provide live broadcast rooms, meeting rooms, sharing links, and related features.
You are responsible for your broadcasts, participants, invitations, recordings, and any content shared during a live session. Do not use live rooms for unlawful conduct, harassment, unauthorised recording, infringement, or sharing personal information without a lawful basis.
If you record a live session, you are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by law.
Job listings, news tickers, announcements, profiles, and other community content must be accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.
Cineworm does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, truthfulness, availability, or outcome of jobs, opportunities, news, businesses, users, or third-party content. Users should carry out their own checks before applying for a role, engaging a supplier, entering an agreement, or relying on a news item.
Deal Plus may provide access to collaboration, commercial, networking, or deal-making opportunities.
Unless Cineworm expressly agrees otherwise in writing, we do not act as an agent, broker, representative, employer, legal adviser, financial adviser, or guarantor for any user or deal. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for obtaining independent legal, financial, and professional advice before entering any agreement.
Cineworm, Reel2Reel, our logos, software, site design, text, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Cineworm and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services for their intended purpose only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, lease, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except where we have given you written permission or the law allows it.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, video hosts, messaging platforms, and external websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cineworm is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or transactions.
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Cineworm, you acknowledge that we may process personal information as described there.
If you use promotion or messaging tools, you are responsible for ensuring your collection and use of contact data is lawful. You must provide appropriate privacy information to the people whose data you use.
Cineworm is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every location.
We do not guarantee audience size, views, engagement, sales, donations, campaign performance, message delivery, job outcomes, funding, deal opportunities, or any commercial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, Cineworm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Services.
You may stop using Cineworm at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or Cineworm, fail to pay applicable charges, or if required by law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen. Sections that should reasonably continue after termination, including those concerning intellectual property, liability, and disputes, will continue.
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on Cineworm or sending an email.
Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means that you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / chosen jurisdiction]. Courts located in [location] will have jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
